Include your app version, iPhone model and steps to reproduce the problem. You choose whether to attach screenshots.

Trip chat retention

Ending a trip deletes its chat, photos and live alerts for the whole group. Leaving removes your access while other members keep their data. Saved routes and offline maps are kept. Photo cleanup retries on the server if needed.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account in Settings > Privacy & Data. Deletion removes the account and associated server records that we are not legally required to retain.

Your choices

You can deny location, camera or notification access in iPhone Settings, stop live sharing, delete local routes and safety history, or permanently delete your TrailRelay account and associated server data inside Privacy & Data.

Content reports

Do not share threats, abusive or sexually exploitative content, illegal material or content that violates another person's rights. Report a chat message from its menu and review the readable text before sending. You can block or unblock people in the app. Contact the publisher about harmful content or a disputed report.

Safety

SOS notifies your trip group; it does not automatically contact emergency services. Delivery depends on connectivity and notification settings.

Support and content reports

Email [email protected] for privacy requests or harmful shared content. Include only evidence you choose to share; never send private trip keys. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Resolution time depends on the case.

Current release

Trip chat and chat photos are unavailable in this version. Policy references to chat apply to earlier versions and retained support records.

Report a profile from its friend detail page or shared content from its plan page. Hold a member to block or unblock them. A reported photo is sent to support only if you choose to include it. Live safety alerts remain available.

Names and plan text are checked before sharing. Photos are checked on-device when iOS enables analysis. Disabled analysis permits photos; a sensitive result blocks publishing and an analysis error requires retry. No analysis verdict is sent to the server.
